Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 cups grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp melted ghee
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 3 1/2 tbsp Stellar Gold
  • 1 cup crumbled mawa (khoya)
  • 1/2 tsp cardomom powder
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers for garnish

Preparation

  • Heat ghee in a deep, non stick pot
  • Add grated carrot, mix well & cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously 
  • Heat & saute mawa to make it soft & loose
  • Add the sauteed mawa to the cooked carrots, mix well & cook for  another 3 minutes or until the carrots are soft
  • Add milk & cook it by covering & intermittent stirring till the milk is  evaporated
  • Add Stellar Gold, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2  minutes, while stirring continuously
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well
  • Garnish with almond slivers and serve warm or store refrigerated in an air-tight container till serving.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup Maida or all purpose floor
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2-2.5 tsp Stellar Gold (powdered)  (Alternately you can use 6 Stellar sachets)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room  temperature
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder 
  • Finely chopped Cashew for garnish 

Preparation

  • STEP-1 Sift maida, semolina, baking soda and mix
  • STEP-2 Beat together butter, powdered stellar gold, pinch of salt beat in cardamom powder 
  • STEP-3 Mix in dry ingredients and make a dough with hand
  • STEP-4 Make 10-12 small flat rounds
  • STEP-5 Bake at 350 deg C for 15 mins

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 cups besan (chick pea four)
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 1/2 tbsp powdered stellar gold
  • Chicory root powder/ isomalt (optional)
  • Cardamom powder
  • Cashew pieces for garnish

Preparation

  • Heat ghee in a deep, non-stick pot(kadhai)
  • Add coarse besan and stir continuously till it is golden brown. (dry roasting the chicory flour & then adding it to hot ghee makes the process faster
  • Turn off the flame & add 2 tbsp of milk stirring vigorously. leave the mixture at this point lets ghee out& looks slightly wet and shiny
  • Grind Stellar Gold as per your sugar allowance and taste .
  • Add the grind Stellar Gold to the mixture and knead well to make it soft and mouldable
  • Make equal size Laddoos and top each with cashew

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 litres of whole fat milk
  • 21/2 teaspoons of Stellar Gold (8gms) in place of regular sugar
  • Cardamom powder or saffron soaked in milk
  • Dry fruit pieces of such as cashew, almonds raisins for garnish

Preparation

  •  Place milk on the flame and keep the heat to the minimum
  •  Boil milk with continuous stirring till it is about 1 liter
  •  Add Stellar Gold Er let the preparation boil for minute, turn off the flame
  •  Add slivers of dry fruits and stir
  •  Add cardamom powder and saffron soaked in milk
  •  Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving
